Camp Fire-★

July 21th, We had a campfire! First I appreciated to teachers and assistants who prepared campfire. In campfire, we had 3 group games. At that time the weather was very cloudy and

it looked like it would soon rain. But that’s very exciting and we enjoyed that~~!

First game was water cup relay. Winner had to have the maximum amount of water.

Each group member stood along the main lawn and the first runner started with a cup full of water. Meanwhile we cheered own group and that was very exciting. Second game was tug-of-war.

We chose 10 people per group and played tug-of-war tournament. We tried to pull our hardest. Third game was ‘shoulder to shoulder’.

That means all group members stood in a circle and we put a paper between our chins and shoulders then moved the paper to the next group member.

We looked like a fool in this pose but that was so funny and we enjoyed it a lot! After these games, winner was awarded some presents. I never forgot this moment!

S'more
After some game programs, all the students and teachers ate snack, S'mores.
Do you know what S’more is?I have seen S'mores in the movie but it was the first time that I ate it. Assistants prepared marshmallows and Darren baked each of them to students.
With baked marshmallow, now we are in the first step to make S'mores.
Prepare 2 crackers and chocolates. I recommend you that it’ll more delicious with Harsh’s chocolate. And put chocolate on the one side of the cracker and put the melted marshmallow the other side of the cracker.
Also, put some pea-nut butter makes you taste better.
All the students stood in a low to get S'more. Can you guess how sweet it is?
OH MY GOD! It was really delicious and sweet at the very first time.
But when I ate again and again it was a little bit too sweet for me.
But one of my classmates, Nu-ri, really loved it. So did Kelly. He said that he ate 3 S'mores! Maybe he loves sweet snack.Anyway, eating S'more is good experience.
As I told you it was my first time. And it helped me to get rid of stresses.
If you have a chance to eat S'more or make it, please enjoy it.
After camp fire, we took a picture with our class mates and teachers and we also listened to Kelly’s songs.
He has a very nice voice and he sang a song so well that everyone got excited. :)
A few people who are in different groups got together in the lawn. Vicky introduced a Chilean game to us. One person tosses up the ball and calls another person’s name. While the person whose name was called catches the ball, the others have to run away as far as possible. Through this game, we became to know new classmates of another class. Even we didn’t know the entire classmates; at least we know their names. We had unforgettable memories. Thanks to all teachers for preparing campfire ♡

My favorite things in English immersion camp

hi there :)
I'll tell you about my favorite class and activity.

One of my favorite classes is presentation with Terri. At that time, it was difficult for me to show all classmates my presentation.
Actually my character is a little shy before becoming intimate with some people and when I present my view or something; my voice is shaking and much nervous.
But through this class, I got bravery and confidence and felt much better when I was on the stage. I’m preparing present for final ceremony now. Many people comes final ceremony more than class including Miss Lee. But I’m sure I will do better than before and I will do my best.

Second, one of my favorite classes is salsa-dancing with Sam and Vicky . That class doesn’t seem just like class but I can enjoy itself, salsa. It was the first time to learn salsa and to participate
with man partner because I danced with only girls in women high school. LOL. So that was also impressive to me. At that time, I lost track of time while I was dancing salsa. :)
After this camp, i'd like to learn salsa!!!!
Thank Sam and Vicky for showing us passion of teaching salsa and it was great time.

Third, one of activities is baking some cookies with Sam and Vicky.
Actually I’m not good at cooking something. So I don’t have as much confidence in cooking something.
But it was great time to know how to bake cookies and to be with many classmates
